This website and its current status

This notice describes the supplied OmniGuard website implementation. It is not a substitute for the operator’s final legal and privacy review. The operational security platform is in development.

Who operates this deployment?

The deployment owner has not yet configured a named data controller or privacy contact. Signup collection remains disabled until those details and a notice version are configured.

What the demonstrations do

The graph, console, permission checks, incident replay and Guardian controls use fictional browser-side data. They do not scan your devices, query your network, access your accounts or send security telemetry to an AI provider.

Early-access information

When enabled, the form asks for your name, work email and organisation; role, approximate size, endpoint count, existing tools and interests may also be supplied. Details are stored in the site owner’s Cloudflare D1 database to handle the early-access request. The default implementation does not add you to an unrelated marketing list or transmit credentials.

When signup is not enabled

The form shows preview mode and copies a request to your clipboard only after your explicit action. It does not store form values in local storage or transmit them to the signup API. In a live submission failure, no success is shown and retry remains available.

Hosting, fonts and abuse prevention

When hosted on Cloudflare, normal website delivery involves Cloudflare receiving network requests and associated connection information. The stylesheet optionally requests Google Fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; those requests disclose network information to the font provider. System fonts are used when that service is blocked. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts are included. Optional Turnstile spam checks load only when the deployment owner has configured them.

Local preferences

Only your animation preference may be stored locally in your browser, under the key omniguard.motion. It is not transmitted by this implementation. Form details are not saved to browser storage.

Retention, requests and operator obligations

The deployment owner must publish an appropriate retention period, lawful basis, controller identity, privacy contact, processor arrangements and rights-handling process before collecting personal information. Those deployment-specific details have not yet been configured. The supplied software does not itself provide a complete legal compliance programme.
